One of the worst company I have worked for, if the company loses a client project they will terminate employees immediately,- notice period, no compensation nothing.absolutely no job security.management offer zero transparent and treat employees as disposable Think multiple times before joining

Work involves modern tech stack.

Cons

Don't expect career hike or appraisal for a long number of years from joining. Best option is to hardball and negotiate for highest amount before joining. Another downside is that most employees are forced to take a pay cut or voluntarily downgrade their designation after joining, due to market financial implications and organization health.
