Pros
Exposure to the latest technology. Systems that genuinely make a difference to people and medical care. That in itself is quite satisfying. Great induction/training for new employees. Promotes multi-culturism and feels like a genuine global organization (albeit small one). Generally speaking, young and vibrant employees that have a passion for their work.
Cons
Limited to zero external training encouraged/allowed. Lack of accountability in all levels of organization. Slow to implement change/new ideas despite the size of the company. Should be able to adapt to changing market conditions far more easily that it currently does.
