      Good for Parents the company doesn't want you in late hours at the office Family Atmosphere - Good People Work is Nice - Not too Intensive Agile methodology implemented Very good HR

      Cons

      Management not mature enough No Parking lot , you need to pay from your own salary for that Still need to improve communication management \ employees as R&D Policy Developers leave because they doesn't have new interesting things to do . most of the time is bug fixing
