Pros
Higher pay for experience / background than average. Interesting technology. Some good people that I am very happy to have worked with.
Cons
No room for advancement. A flat organization where the only promotion is to being a VP of the company. A severe lack of technical and manufacturing knowledge at management levels. a part time CEO leaves a leadership vacuum at the top. Many toxic employees whose bad behaviors are enabled and rewarded. Management is willfully ignorant; they want to hear only good news regardless of the reality of a situation. There is a total disregard for quality. Champions of paying lip service, but no real changes are ever made. Lack of job security. Deteriorating benefits.
