Pros

Personal & professional goals are attainable on a regular basis. Great way to sharpen the sales monster inside oneself. Management position was fairly stress free. Reasonably enjoyable job.

Cons

Very poor compensation. I co-managed an office containing 50-70 agents and made $24,700/yr. Constant turnover. Have to deal with lower class and young employees on a regular basis. Team morale is generally low despite management's efforts to correct this.

Pros

They are very flexible with schedule as long as you give advanced notice. Have the ability to make a great check if hit bonus requirements. Colorado office has WFH option which is so nice!
