Low incentive, low morale, time to move on - Anonymous employee iMatrix (California) Employee Review

Thank you for your feedback! At iMatrix we put a lot of care and effort into our amazing employees. We provide an anonymous quarterly employee satisfaction survey, with the last one submitted in October 2015, the feedback indicated a high degree of company morale. Please feel free to let us know what other improvements you would like to see. iMatrix payment methods coincides with the traditional banking regulations. This is not typical but sometimes it does fall onto a holiday where the bank does not process payroll until after the holiday. We apologize if this was an inconvenience but our HR department will always provide employees adequate notice. iMatrix is committed to the development of our employees through strategic coaching methods and company wide events. The success of the company is due to the committed and talented people we employ. Management is alway committed to an open-door policy with all employees. We encourage all employees to speak with management about any questions or concerns that they may have. We take pride in rewarding our employees for the their excellent performance. In 2015 we have awarded vacation cruises, cash and bonus monies and a variety of morale building events. Recent employee highlights are: renting out a space at Petco park to cheer on the Padres, renting out venues for laser-tag, paintball and numerous other events. We will continue to have monthly events that sponsor teamwork and camaraderie. Please feel to make suggestions to our event committee. At iMatrix we will push to promote growth just as we have always done. We keep a healthy, clean environment that is encouraging to all of our employees. Our gym was replaced by a game room with a ping-pong table, video/tabletop games and movies for employees that prefer this genre entertainment. iMatrix does promote a healthy lifestyle that many of our employees value. iMatrix has a ½ basketball court and also provides access to a corporate account for a local LA Fitness membership.
