Pros

-There is potential to make money, but you have to be in the right location -They pay for gas and hotels when necessary -Its a great place for entry level sales

Cons

-They hold commission for 3 months to accrue charge backs and pay you less -You are forced to bundle accessories onto customers whether they want to buy them or not -The goals are unrealistic, and they always go up -Actually getting spiffs is a luxury, the spiff killers are brutal and missing one results in getting 0 spiff money (one month we literally had to sell 10 bluetooth speakers to get our spiffs for things like TEP, add a line, and 5 line deals) -Communication skills from the high ups are lacking. Conference calls consist of Regional Mangers reiterating the same things every call and telling you that you aren't good enough. -On days your store doesn't sell a new activation (tablets and upgrades do not count) your manager is required to send screenshots of the security cameras from every 15 minutes. -You will get stuck doing accountant work, filing paperwork on convoluted portals without much training or explanation. failure to do so results in losing commission. -They fail to offer help with customer issues, they direct you to Sprint customer service -They are excited by fake appointments and expect to see 100s of appointments a week even if they hold no merit -You will be asked to street greet, go to local businesses and advertise, they even ask you to tell your waitress at the restaurant about Sprint's deals. And don't expect to be compensated for any of that. -Managers have to travel at least once a month -They are strict on hours and hate to pay out overtime, but i can guarantee if they could pay you the same rate and make you work 40+ hours they would -Assistant Mangers take a huge cut on commission payout percentage

Pros

Pay was better than being a regular sales associate and that's pretty much it.

Cons

Expected to work 50-60+ hour weeks, consistently was pressured to push predatory sales tactics, while also having to deal with unfair commission structures. Constant staffing issues and never had much help getting more people hired. Most concerns fell on deaf ears and I was told to work even harder than I was already working from upper management.
