Lack of proper functioning internet. Lack of reality, terrible POS. Wasteful people from sprint, incentives to over charge customers . If you leave the try to either with hold or not pay comission.

Pay was better than being a regular sales associate and that's pretty much it.
Cons
Expected to work 50-60+ hour weeks, consistently was pressured to push predatory sales tactics, while also having to deal with unfair commission structures. Constant staffing issues and never had much help getting more people hired. Most concerns fell on deaf ears and I was told to work even harder than I was already working from upper management.
