Amazing work culture and team that allows you to feel like you belong, extensive training and pacing, plenty of options to explore career directions within Interfaceware, management team is amazing and helpful professionally and personally. Work-life balance is amazing and company is consistently growing and developing. Salary is competitive and perks as an employee are also top tier.

Not much to mention, there are changes that can be made as the company grows but generally in a positive light

The hiring process was incredibly smooth and professional. From the HR Manager to the Director and VP, every step was well-organized, with clear communication and purpose. The team fosters a supportive, collaborative environment that encourages growth and innovation.

There isn’t a structured training plan, which might be challenging for some, but it’s manageable if you’re proactive and a self-learner.
