Pros
I am currently working with this organization for four years now and since the past one year I have been experiencing a cultural change with emphasis on being a Global technology driven company. I find the below encouraging and appreciative: • Liberty to learn new things and choose what to work on(may vary project to project) • No mandatory daily work hours and there exists other flexibility in terms of work • Very robust salary structure and other best in class employee benefits
Cons
• To be a global technology driven company the mindset of the employees and their working methodologies should reflect the same but in many cases this is not true and may vary project to project. • Many employees shy to ask questions or challenge the status quo and stick with the legacy pattern which I feel is a hindrance to the vision of the company. • Lack of ideas and innovation from some at times dampens the confidence of others in the team/project/company.
