Cons
Historically, iOLAP relied on a small group of rock stars for their methodology and processes that made project delivery successful. They grew quickly and these resources were stretched thin. Recently, they've implemented a better methodology training plan to ensure success. The health care benefits were expensive for families (but they pay 100% for the employee).
