You can learn a lot of things everyday. The company is still young and it faces lots of problems to solve. People have opportunities to present their talents and works. Self motivated people are always welcome.
Cons
As a start up, it comes with unplanned and unmanaged decisions. Most of the departments suffer from lack of experience in this tech firm making a financial product, but the impact is not too bad as the company is still small in volume.
