You meet a large amount of amazing talented people who are hired and quickly quit or are fired within week's at no fault of theirs.

Terrible owner, no organization to speak of. "Training" is a joke. You're forced to more or less train yourself. After only a few months you'll still be untrained but doing senior technician repairs, and when you make a mistake because you are not trained it's totally your fault. In some cases the owner has tried to force employees to pay out-of-pocket for mistakes made when staff isn't trained. Although that's illegal, the owner seems to think it's okay. Apparently the rude an uneducated manager is part of the job description. Expect verbal abuse from him while you work as "he's part of the job!"

The best part of working here was the moment I realized I had more self-respect than to be the owner's door mat.

The owner has no clear sense of direction. They try to be the boss from behind a keyboard. The business would not be failing so drastically if there was any real leadership.
