      Pros

      I have worked at I planner Inc. for about 3 years. To start with, the most amazing part of this company; it doesn’t let you feel like you were an employee. It feels like a family. Work culture is really awesome & they are great seniors to guide you over hard times. It’s been wonderful to be a part of the company. I can list the pros as - Great Work Culture, you are in charge of what you are doing and feel appreciated - Feels awesome to work with a talented team - You get ample opportunity to enhance your skills as you work.

      Pros

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      They do not pay ontime, do not know the difference between 1099 and w2, breach contract and do not understand Texas is an at-will state. They threaten consultants in writing when they resign/give notice and do not pay ontime or as per contract. Lack experience with seasoned professionals; talk and treat consultants like kids and call at all hours of the day. IF you don't answer they keep calling like in high school. They do NOT know the difference between 1099 and w2.
