      The company have some very good clients with very fair practices & responsible & honest department staff.

      It is growing therefore you will see that transition effects in between.

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      They do not pay ontime, do not know the difference between 1099 and w2, breach contract and do not understand Texas is an at-will state. They threaten consultants in writing when they resign/give notice and do not pay ontime or as per contract. Lack experience with seasoned professionals; talk and treat consultants like kids and call at all hours of the day. IF you don't answer they keep calling like in high school. They do NOT know the difference between 1099 and w2.
