      Salary was good, Able to claim and get paid on time, Benefits not bad.

      Cons

      Total lack of leadership, very political, CEO (Singaporean) detached from the team and uses Leadership Team to bully staff into leaving.

      Workload is manageable, great location and not a lot of pressure from management

      Cons

      Management seems to have a lot of free time, company has very little room for career growth, salaries are not competitive and despite being a big company, operates on a small company mentality
