Pros

401k with employer match is available. Very diverse employees

Cons

There is absolutely zero work-life balance. They would tell me my coworkers, and everyone that they needed to learn time management skills. Instead of trying to reduce the client workload for employees, they decided to create a mental health awareness holiday. I worked a full day for every single one of those mental health days, and so did many on my teams. It was also a very toxic work environment. They always had this attitude of the customer is always right. We were never allowed to set boundaries with clients. I even had several instances of clients logging into accounts and making changes and then turn around and blame the agency when performance dropped. And then my supervisors would blame the situation on me. They also replaced every single entry level position with offshore staff who have zero english comprehension skills. And if they make a mistake, it automatically becomes the US staff person's fault. And they were making mistakes every single week. Turnover was so bad that the directors internally and managers and clients were all openly talking about it. It's not unusual to have 5 to 10 people leave your teams. Not the department but your client teams. It was absolutely unbelievable. I've worked that many agencies but this agency really had first place in turnover rate. If you are new to the marketing industry, then stay here for 6 months and switch to a different company. However, if you do have prior experience then do not apply for this agency. Many people in mid-level rolls end up quitting in 6 months. One of the best marketers that I know of join this agency and ended up quitting after one month. That's how bad this workplace is. Expect to work on weekends and all holidays.

Pros

Very kind, very smart people who really know their business well

Cons

They don't care about good work anymore. They just look at costs in a spreadsheet and make decisions on who to keep. It doesn't matter if we're doing what we agreed to, it matters if the numbers make sense. Why sign up for work if it doesn't make sense? When people leave they are not backfilled so you end up having to do their work and your work. I took a lateral move to a competitor offering a 20% raise
