Cons
The feeling of coming into work everyday not feeling secure isn't a good one. Constant turnover, high-pressure selling, would rather get in a deal before the end of the month and lose it then wait a week after to win it. Quotas are ridiculous and realistically unattainable when dealing with PR professionals on a daily basis.
Not much on-going training, battling constantly over accounts, rarely any in-bound leads, competitors have similar technology for a substantially lower price.
