you do everything you suppose to do you can get rehired

have to be on camera and really strict on camera

Really nothing, they will do anything but get you paid

Bonuses are unreachable, they thrive on employees being poor. If you want to be micromanaged for $40k a year, go ahead. I had one of the most successful accounts in the company and i walked away with $60k. NOT WORTH IT
