Pros

It's easy to get hired, the work is not difficult, the people with whom I interact are good people.

Cons

The supervisor pay is absolutely terrible. Work week is 45-50 hours, but no overtime pay. Holiday shifts are mandatory, no extra pay there either. Phone agents are hired with no interview so quality of new hires is generally not good, yet the front-line supervisor is expected to polish them to perform to client expectations. IT systems are TERRIBLE. Just terrible. The single biggest frustration of the job. The company is supposed to be "paperless" so supervisors have no access to print. We have no email access to our employees. So if we want to get info or training materials to our team, we must create and print documents at home. It's unbelievable. We must come in to do work off shift due to proprietary software restrictions, and often, you come in on your day off to complete your management work, and the systems are working so slowly or not at all that you have wasted the time and drive in altogether. Tough to swallow on your "day off."

Pros

It's a steady paycheck with decent health insurance options.

Cons

There is very little room for advancement. The company is loyal to those already in management, regardless of how poorly they preform and how many employees they lose as a result. No amount of effort nor performance on your part will change that. There is no discussing issues involving management with HR. The environment is toxic and unprofessional. The salaries offered are at the lowest point of the spectrum for the industries they support.
