Pros

-Friendly employees -Not back breaking work -Decent atmosphere and great food

Cons

-No matter how good you are at your job there will always be a stat that you are lacking in -Metrics are mostly irrelevant and somewhat random but are given as empirical evidence of your failures and shortcomings even if you are a top performing employee -They told me it was a tech job when it was mostly a sales job -Never saw my incentive or sales bonuses -Can never get PTO -Customers are already mad and irritated and you have to sale them something -No one wants what you’re selling and you essentially have to lie/trick people into buying -Always told conclicting things by management/supervisors -You have to be professional and couterious while they blare music in the background

Pros

It's a steady paycheck with decent health insurance options.

Cons

There is very little room for advancement. The company is loyal to those already in management, regardless of how poorly they preform and how many employees they lose as a result. No amount of effort nor performance on your part will change that. There is no discussing issues involving management with HR. The environment is toxic and unprofessional. The salaries offered are at the lowest point of the spectrum for the industries they support.
