They feed you and do have a very friendly environment.

Cons

Too much stress, call volume was extremely high for a call center. Your stats had to be in all green and you could not be late or miss work in order to get a 50 cent raise.

Pros

It's a steady paycheck with decent health insurance options.

Cons

There is very little room for advancement. The company is loyal to those already in management, regardless of how poorly they preform and how many employees they lose as a result. No amount of effort nor performance on your part will change that. There is no discussing issues involving management with HR. The environment is toxic and unprofessional. The salaries offered are at the lowest point of the spectrum for the industries they support.
