      None. If you're one of their friends already you might not have a bad time.

      Cons

      Everything. If you're desperate, take the job. But don't devote anything to them because your efforts will not matter. The will treat you like an idiot no matter what. They will not be nice to you nor will they exude any type of professionalism.
