      Pros

      Good for starters in BPO industry, paid leaves, HMO, Fast Promotions

      Cons

      The workloads are heavy and then no salary Increase, Team Leaders and managers won't understand if you're sick they will still force you to go to work, Resignation is very hard, they will try to save you by giving you a lot of gaslights but can't provide the needs of the Agent
