Salary not paid to employee is normal. They don't have projects. No manager. Nitin Malik is running shop not company. He has no knowledge.

Being a startup, we got ample opportunities to expand our selfs professionally by learning new technologies, working on different domains and project management (client handling, documentations etc.) Our growth depends on our willingness to take new challenges and initiatives.

Not sure if this counts as bad but one should be open to: - take new challenges and learning new things - take initiatives and be on toes at times - work diligently and committedly
