Pros

Working at iRESTORE has been a genuinely positive experience. The company culture is one of its strongest assets—supportive, collaborative, and rooted in mutual respect. The CEO is remarkably humble and leads with empathy, consistently making the effort to listen to team members and truly value their input. It’s refreshing to work in an environment where leadership is approachable and aligned with the team's well-being and growth. The employees across the company are competent, mission-driven, and grateful. There’s a shared sense of care not just for the work, but for each other and the success of the brand. It’s motivating to be surrounded by people who bring both skill and heart to the table.

Cons

One area that could use improvement is the focus and investment in organic social media. While I was eager to contribute creatively and strategically, the scope of my role as a Social Media Coordinator was sometimes limited due to a relatively smaller department and less emphasis on organic social growth. I would’ve appreciated more opportunities to collaborate closely with the broader team—especially given how talented and driven they are.

Pros

The culture at iRestore is one of the main positives I've noticed since joining the company. Everyone is super helpful and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on open communication. The team is incredibly supportive, making it a really lovely environment to work in!

Cons

Really don't have any major call-outs here. The work load is a lot but the company still values a work-life balance so as long as you get your work done you can still take time for yourself.

Pros

The company offers a fantastic remote work culture with a supportive team and attentive management, fostering constant growth for both employees and the company. If you want to learn and grow, this is the place for you. Company and leadership is empathetic and really takes care of employees in times of need. This was highlighted in a recent event where an employee passed away, they went above and beyond to take care of the family to help them through tough times.

Cons

The fast-paced environment of a smaller company can be a bit hectic at times, but the rewards/opportunities for personal and professional development make it worth it.
