I joined the company after resigning from my previous position in good faith, based on the expectation of structured onboarding and reasonable training support. However, during the first two weeks, the onboarding process was extremely compressed and challenging. Within the first few days, I experienced technical issues with system access and login, which delayed my ability to fully engage with the training material.
At the same time, a large volume of new and unfamiliar material was introduced in a very short timeframe. By the second week, we were required to take an internal examination covering topics that many of us had limited time to review or practice. As a result, several newly hired employees, including myself, were unable to meet the test expectations and were subsequently terminated.
This situation was particularly difficult because many of us had left prior roles to accept this opportunity. From my perspective, the onboarding timeline, technical setup delays, and accelerated testing process made it difficult to succeed fairly.
I would strongly encourage future candidates to seek clarity regarding onboarding timelines, technical readiness, training expectations, and evaluation criteria before accepting a position
