Pros
Flex time is available and they start you out with three weeks vacation. The health benefits are standard with employee contribution. Given the necessary tools to accomplish the job. The people are very nice.
Cons
There seems to be a general discontent of the management by a lot of the people. There is a feeling of an unstable work environment due the a regular dose of layoffs and firings. Can be a loud work environment with robots running around.
