      Pros

      We get to play with robots all day! Management provides general direction, but leaves us to figure out things on our own. No micro-managing! Engineers are helpful and cooperative.

      Cons

      Management is sometimes timid about forcing more cooperation where needed.

      Good working culture, people are co-operating, Company cares about employee, Treated employee very nice when company was in good condition, Still helped former employee to look for new job when the company had to let people go

      Unfortunately the company made strategic mistakes and lost competitive edge to foreign companies
