      Pros

      The Electrical Engineering team is filled with some of the best and most fun people to work with as well as helpful. EE management team is superb as well, very little micro managing and always willing to help. Culture all around iRobot is great as well with a good work life balance.

      Cons

      Typical salary is lower than average, work can get boring and repetitive sometimes.

      Good working culture, people are co-operating, Company cares about employee, Treated employee very nice when company was in good condition, Still helped former employee to look for new job when the company had to let people go
