      Pros

      Many unique benefits that showed appreciation for hard work, kept you "fueled" with cereal bars as an example (in "the before time", pre-Covid of course).

      Cons

      Long hours consistently as s result of poor planning and oversights.

      Good working culture, people are co-operating, Company cares about employee, Treated employee very nice when company was in good condition, Still helped former employee to look for new job when the company had to let people go
