      Amazing people - From Colin (the founder and CEO) through to the senior leadership teams through to the colleagues. Universally everyone was passionate, engaged and fun to work with. Many organizations claim to have a collaborative and supportive culture. iRobot live it everyday Amazing Product - The newer Roombas (S9+/J7+) are game changers Work/Life balance - iRobot is respectful and supportive of work life balance

      Good working culture, people are co-operating, Company cares about employee, Treated employee very nice when company was in good condition, Still helped former employee to look for new job when the company had to let people go

      Unfortunately the company made strategic mistakes and lost competitive edge to foreign companies
