Pros
iRobot is very generous to its employees. It has a very strong culture of cross-collaboration and support. It has lots of very smart people who all tend to work very well together. I very much enjoyed my time at iRobot.
Cons
Being a producer of consumer electronics can make the company very volatile as it follows the roller coaster that has been the post-pandemic market. iRobot has a tendency to overcorrect for market changes in terms of staff size adjustments.
