10% of people always did 90% of the work. After the Amazon merger fell through, they laid off half the company. Subsequently, most of the 10% of hard workers all quit to get better jobs. The remaining employees are rudderless, and iRobot will soon be just another Chinese robot vacuum company like its competitors instead of a consumer robotics company looking to innovate.
