The company's strategic leadership has utterly failed. Decision after decision that didn't make sense (buying Aeris, the stick vac, etc), a muddled and confused product strategy, poor communication, a 'put it all on red' mentality with the Amazon acquisition, huge cuts to essential employees. The pay was never good, but at least you were working on interesting things with interesting people. Those people were all let go or left to find a stable company. And the things are now just rebadged products from other companies.
