      Pros

      Great brand but the new product line is just a catalog bot out of a Chinese supplier.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. From the executive team to senior leadership in place, all newer to iRobot and do not understand the product. There have been numerous layoffs this year and the leadership team continues to ask for employees to remain loyal.

      Good working culture, people are co-operating, Company cares about employee, Treated employee very nice when company was in good condition, Still helped former employee to look for new job when the company had to let people go

      Unfortunately the company made strategic mistakes and lost competitive edge to foreign companies
