Not many cons, overall great place to work

My manager was great, and so was HR. The CEO was involved and friendly. They gave us a lot of room to start our own projects (provided that we finished our duties).

As mentioned in the title, I was at the company when there were a lot of growing pains. There was one manager who was awful to deal. However, it's my understanding that the cut the weight and he no longer works there.
