I never recommend to any of my friend - Senior QA iServe Financial Employee Review

1. Job security is not there...

I have been part of Iserve for 2 years working in the capacity of IT Head. I am thoroughly disappointed by the behavior of CEO, employees are not valued. Once you decide to leave the company, you become bad for the company and your salaries are blocked and cited bizarre reasons. No leave policy. Inspite of putting all efforts, you will never be valued. No appraisal mechanism. Only CEO decides whose salaries to be increased. Employees are fired at will giving a notice for few days and then troubled to get their dues and Experience letters. job insecurity is very high and attrition is highest.

Best place to work if you feel you can say YES BOSS. They claim to be the best players as a DSA. Oops a sad dream for them.

Please dont work here. Its hoax ... Nothing is clear... Everything is just shown big. No where in the market it has a stand. At first they get new people and then they throw away people without giving justification or even notice period time. They dont even give the salaries. They only talk big.
