I have worked in HR at the corporate office for 3 years. This company has great potential as they continue to grow and expand. I see a positive future for the company if they retain this talented group of executives and management. * The CEO is the best!!! He is a serious business man who is extremely successful due to his knowledge and talent. He is a people person that shows genuine compassion about his employees. * The President is awesome. He is super talented and is totally engaged in the success of the company. He is organized, efficient, and in control of all aspects of the business. * Overall, the entire executive management team is talented, ambitious, and passionate about the success of the company. They are all hard-working, outgoing and approachable, and most importantly, they care about our employees. * The entire management team is dedicated, serious, and compassionate about their roles. They are truly concerned about the overall success of their departments as well as the company. * The work environment is positive. The corporate office consists of like-minded individuals who are positive and personable. Everyone gets along and comes together as a team to get the job done. Everyone is willing to help others when needed. And, the corporate office is beautiful. The décor is very nice and comfortable. * There are many opportunities for advancement as the company continues to grow and expand. * Excellent benefits package for employees, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, disability insurance, term life insurance, and many more, that are offered on the first day of the month following date of hire. The company offers medical coverage for employee only at no charge. This is unheard of, but really shows that the company cares about its employees.
