Great Exposure - Anonymous employee iStrata Digital Employee Review

The best part of this organisation are the people who run the show. I worked here as an intern for 3 months as a growth marketing and analyst intern. The working culture here doesn’t treat you as an intern or an outsider they treat you as a part of the organisation they proactively take initiative towards teaching you and your growth. I have worked at many MNCs like Accenture, Jio, DnB as an intern but i can assure you the work exposure you get here cannot be matched, they also provide us with client level projects with full autonomy and freedom. It is not a huge organisation like other MNCs but if your reasons are to learn and self growth, I would say this would be the best place to work at to leverage your skills and gain experience from the seniors working at the organisation.

Not many downsides, great learning and working exposure.

-great work experience -exciting team -very liberal environment, the CEO and the founders are quite patient and fun to work with. -rewards creativity and innovation

-the staff is stretched thin -first few weeks can be a bit overwhelming -the company hasn't taken off just yet, so expect paucity of time and resources
