Pros

This company used to be a great place to work, thanks to a strong India management team that fostered a supportive and growth-driven culture. We worked 24x7 for three years to deliver the company’s biggest project—only to be discarded the moment the US office got what they wanted. The real downfall began with the new US management, particularly the so-called "CTO," who is an absolute disaster. They lack even the most basic engineering and product knowledge, are never present in meetings, and contribute zero value. Their only job seems to be blaming and undermining the India team. They have single-handedly destroyed morale, shattered confidence, and left the team directionless by refusing to allocate meaningful work. Pros: 1) India management is outstanding. Leadership in India encourages learning, motivates employees to take up new courses, and recognizes the potential in developers, QA, and BA teams alike. If they see talent beyond a person’s current role, they actively push them to grow and provide real opportunities. They also stand up to the US leadership, call a spade a spade, and ensure realistic timelines instead of bowing to irrational demands. However, the new US management is trying to sideline them, which could be disastrous for the India team. 2) HR is extremely supportive, handling work issues, mediclaim, and housing loans efficiently. 3) Salaries are credited on time. 4) Despite the toxic US management, the India team maintains a great work culture (for now).

Cons

❌ The new CTO is completely incompetent – clueless, absent, and toxic. ❌ US leadership treats the India team like a disposable body shop. ❌ Constantly shifting blame onto developers for their own mismanagement. ❌ US office refuses to communicate properly, never visits, and makes absurd demands. ❌ Unrealistic work expectations – frequent Friday-night emails demanding Monday delivery. ❌ Every enhancement is mislabeled as a "bug" or SLA violation just to put pressure on the India team. Caution: With the new CTO and US management, this company is a sinking ship for the India team. Even the incredible India leadership is being sidelined, and once they’re gone, this place will become unbearable. Stay away.
