Pros
Good benefits package. Health insurance is sufficient and vacation/personal time is above average. 401k options are decent and pension is a nice incentive. Very stable company.
Cons
Culture is very slow and outdated. Too many levels of management and disorganized org chart. Could be very frustrating for younger go-getters. Loyalty is valued more than talent.
