Great Work life Balance! Good Family culture and atmosphere at Credit Union. Weekly Paychecks!!!!! Great Benefits! Development/Growth opportunities
Cons
Training could be better but I learn more by doing so it was Great for me. Like most jobs, I wish I was paid more but we get occasional bonuses and incentive payouts when we reach goals. Blackout dates this Summer due to core conversion, wish it was another time of year. Some Clique like tendencies from managers, need to be punctual and take initiative on everything to be on the "in crowd"
