No cafeteria, insufficient parking, and inadequate lockers. Department heads have been in the same position for two decades and haven't shown any growth. Wants to stay in those seats, afraid of newcomers and new initiatives. I carried the laptop they given to me safely with 2 plastic covers and a bag, they gave us a bag stating its waterproof and compelled us to use only that but it isn't waterproof infact not even water resistant some of our laptops got wet due to 2023 december rains and when asked about the bag quality they shifted the whole issue to us and scolded. I got scolded by my manager who said that i need to take it with me to home (i usually keep it in my cupboard lock it and go), admin manager who bought all these bags at cheap rate, and IT manager who handles laptop services. I wouldnt make a fuss if its just scolding, they deducted 5000 from my salary for this! If you are going to deduct it anyway why should create this much scene? bad place to work, they just dont accept to move forward, very bad management, poor workplace environment, if you talk with other department girls or boys they will start questioning your work quality. very bad place too much of micromanagement. Never gave Bonuses, No hike for past two years not even 1000 rupees! They also question women for using bathroom tissues! For around 100 women only 3 restrooms are available, and they question us for using tissues to clean!
