Pros
Started as an external consultant and I'm very happy that, after a year, they asked me to stay permanently. I knew what I was starting because I had the opportunity to try it for over a year. I knew I was choosing for a growing company with lots of interesting challenges, a great culture and terrific colleagues. A company where they listen to ideas and where they promote personal growth. I learned so much already and I'm just getting started.
Cons
The only thing I can say here is that because of our growth, we're still changing very quickly. For me this is not a negative things because I think it's an interesting time to join the company because you can have a big impact. So if you're looking for a perfectly organized company, we're not there yet (and which company is?). If you're comfortable in a growing environment, we're the perfect choice.
