      They have a nice office.

      Culture is bad. Pay is bad. That's nice. I could go on. People leave worse than when they started.

      ITI always has a high workload - if you're willing to work it's there

      Cons

      Some of the work is at off hours - occasional 8 hour days starting at 3 P.M.

      They have a nice office.

      Cons

      The owner and his wife spend faster than they can make it. They don't appreciate their employees. The office dynamic is Bi-Polar.
