This is a fairly new company, and as such it still has that exciting 'start-up' feel. The Directors really care about the staff and want us to stay and grow with the company. Everyone's views are valued, and my suggestions are regularly taken forward by the team. It's a really friendly environment and we often go out for lunch and drinks. I have been given the opportunity to lead projects and I feel this is the right place for me career-wise. The company is growing and I'm gaining more experience than I maybe would at a larger company. It can be hard work, but it's very rewarding and I'm enjoying the work.

As a new company internal communication & procedures were lacking, but a lot of work has gone into this recently and I've seen big improvements.

It's a great opportunity to get involved in all areas of the business, including marketing, recruitment and HR. The Directors are really approachable and receptive to new ideas. It's a fantastic all round role for me. The Directors are really friendly and approachable and we regularly all go out for lunches together. We've even set up a Lunch Club to review restaurants around Manchester!

Being a start-up business, a lot of processes were not in place. However, that gave me a great opportunity to help set them up!
