      Pros

      They are very professional. The lessons are well prepared. You can schedule when you teach around your schedule. They offer multiple sessions every day/7 days a week.

      Cons

      The base pat is low. You only get paid a bonus when students provide feedback. It is voluntary for them to leave feedback, but mandatory for teachers to leave feedback for every student in each session. You can teach a lesson to 4 students but only get paid the base pay if no students leave you feedback.

      remote, pick your own shifts

      Cons

      terrible pay, unfair review system (a kid would rate you and if they didn’t want to take the class, they just gave you a bad rating)
