      Great small company feel. Everyone is really kind and understanding. Hands-on learning. Wide array of opportunities in terms of tasks. Great hours. Location is fantastic

      Cons

      Normal small company downsides. Nothing stood out as a downside other than expected difficulties of working in smaller company.
