iVision Software Response

Yes, iVision Software focus is more on Training & Development for overall growth. There is always a learning opportunity given Equally to all most of the associates grasp it with both their hand while some cant. Salary revision is done twice a year but revision amount depends upon your performance. Flexible Timings is what we function on but if some of the employees are not working to there potential an alarm has to be raised. Your Comment of Monitoring on Unnecessary details was right as we had an issue where the client was directly been approached which is a breach of the agreement.
